Over a decade of experience in movement, yoga, breathwork and manual therapy.

I’ve been learning and working in the movement and bodywork world for over a decade, using different practices to discover what it actually is to BE in your body.

My journey began as a contemporary dancer, where using my body for creative expression was closely tied with a need for my body to feel good and function well. I became engrossed in the subtle differences I noticed in myself - performing the same movements but feeling completely different in them day to day.

Later, I trained as a yoga teacher, completing my 200hr YTT with Sadhana Yoga School and my 300hr YTT with Breathe Body Earth Yoga School. What I loved most about this was the opportunity to share movement practices with lots of types of people – it’s easier to get people to a yoga class than a dance class. Teaching yoga was my first step into working closely with individuals to find ways to move and be in their body.

This led me to begin my training as a Soft Tissue Remedial Therapist with London School of Sports Massage. This was when everything really clicked and I saw the magic of how advanced but also subtle techniques can have the biggest impact on the body, its tissues and its sensation.

I relocated from London back to my hometown of Frome in 2024, where I’ve set up a successful massage practice, working from Frome Therapy Rooms in the heart of the town.

I believe that by taking time to understand your body and work WITH your nervous system, we can create a calmer, kinder world.

I’d love to support you in this.
